- To obtain a birth certificate, the applicant will need to visit a Territorial Agent, use the link to find an agent Link
- The applicant can also submit the application at the address mentioned on the website, using the following Link.
- Download and complete the application form, here is the Link.
- Attach all relevant documents as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Make a payment of 10$ at the office, find fee-related information under the “Fees” section of this page.
- The applicant shall receive their certificate by mail within 10 to 15 days from the submission of the application.
Apply by Online
- The applicant can apply for a birth certificate through the Yukon Vital Statistics website, using the following Link.
- Click on “Download PDF application”.
- Print and fill in the application form.
- Attach all relevant documents as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Scan a copy of the completed application form and email it to the following email ID: [email protected]
- The applicant shall receive their birth certificate by mail within 10 to 15 business days.
