EligibilityEdit
- Minimum age to marry is 18 years old.
- If either of the applicants are under 18 years old, a parental or guardian consent is required.

Marriage License Fee: $110.00
ValidityEdit
The marriage license is valid for 30 days. The license can only be used within the State of Wisconsin.

- Both parties must be present when applying for a marriage license.
- The consent form must be completed, signed, and notarized. This form is available in the Office of the County Clerk.
- The marriage license application must apply no more than 30 days prior to the wedding date but no later than 6 days prior to the wedding.
- Any document not in English must have attached to it a certified or notarized translation.
