Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain a Single Status Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Consumer and Business Services. Contact details are mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page. Or use the following given Contact Link
2. The applicant has to fill-in all the details in the form.
3. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
4. Submit the application with the required document to appropriate office.
5. Submitting address is mentioned in “Office Locations & Contacts” of this page.
6. The fee of this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Government of Western Australia will issue the certificate and notice the applicant via mail.
