Procedure

Any person or a firm who intends to obtain Sugar (Khandsari) Manufacture License or Permit must make the application only via online.

Apply Online

1. To Apply for Sugar (Khandsari) Manufacture License or Permit in Uttar Pradesh, the applicant has to make the application online via the following link
2. The applicant has to scroll down and click “Step 1- Apply Online Application Form” and the applicant has to fill in all their personal details and details of their company or firm and click “Submit”.
3. Then the applicant will receive an “Registration number” please safe it for reference and click “finish”.
4. Next the applicant must go to the home page and click “Step 2- Click here for final Submit Application”.
5. Next the applicant has to enter their registration number and mobile number and click “search” menu.
6. A list of required documents will display on the screen. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. After uploading all the document, the applicant has to click “Final Submit” to submit the application form.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. Once all the process gets completed, successfully the applicant gets the license documents through email.
10. This entire process can be completed in 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
11. The status, viz. Approval or Rejection will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or applicable norms.
