PROCESS FOR CITIZENS & NON CITIZENS OF UKRAINE – FOR BOTH WHO LIVE IN UKRAINE AND OVERSEAS:

I. Apply in Ukraine
a. Apply in-person
  1. Applicant shall apply in-person at the local police office (Rayonne Viddilennya) or at the centralized office in Kyiv to obtain PCC. In Ukraine “Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev” issues a PCC.

  3. Go to the respective office. Don’t forget to take the required copy of documents along with originals to the office.
  4. Application forms can be obtained from the respective office on visit or use the link to download one: Application click the application hyperlink to download.
  5. Please follow as per authorities guidelines and submit the completed application along with documents. Applicant should pay for any charges, if required as advised.
  6. This application will be processed by respective department.
  7. The certificate can be collected from the office where applicant applied in-person upon notification or issued as per norms.

II. Applying process – overseas
a. Apply at Ukraine embassy or consulate in person
  1. Applicant can apply at their nearest embassy or consulate in person. Link to locate the embassy or consulate: Contact
  2. Application form can be obtained from the embassy or consulate or can be downloaded from the link: Application click the application hyperlink to download.
  3. Call the office and fix appointment for personal visit. Also find out the details for this procedure.
  4. On the scheduled date, go to the office with all the document in original and in copy. Please follow as per officer guidelines to process your application.
  5. This application will be processed by the respective department. The completed certificates are forwarded to the concern.
  6. Applicant shall collect the certificate in the respective office upon notification or can get it delivered as per norms applicable.


b. Apply through representative
  1. Applicant shall appoint a representative to apply on his behalf at the centralized office in Kyiv to obtain PCC.
  2. Go to the respective office. Don’t forget to take the required copy of documents along with originals to the office.
  3. Application forms can be obtained from the respective office on visit or use the link to download one: Application click the application hyperlink to download.
  4. Please follow as per authorities guidelines and submit the completed application along with documents. Applicant should pay for any charges if required as advised.

EligibilityEdit

  • Applicant with valid passport and a valid address proof.
  • Age: 16 years and above. In case of minors, the application must be submitted by the parent exercising parental authority, if the minor has not turned 16 years.
  • The current address of the applicant must be same as in the passport and other supporting documents.
  • Applicants who are in need of residential status, employment or long term visa or for immigration to a foreign nation.

InstructionsEdit

Apply in person to the DIT head office in Kiev or via any of the regional DIT offices. The individual must provide:

  • Completed application form (application forms can be obtained from any of the offices)
  • The individual’s original passport
  • Exact dates of residence and address details for the individual’s time in Ukraine

If the application is being made by a third party, their original passport and a document reflecting the power of attorney arerequired in addition to the above.
