Procedure

1. A certificate of registration as a coffee exporter shall, be renewed upon its expiry subject to similar requirements and conditions as for the original issuance of the certificate.
2. Every person issued with a certificate of registration as a coffee exporter shall pay to the Authority a renewal annual fee as specified in the Regulations.
3. The Applicant whose registration certificate has been cancelled MUST surrender his certificate of registration to the Authority on renewal.
4. When all the conditions have been met, and have been satisfactorily certified by the Authority’s Licensing Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed fees found under the "Fees" section of this page or UCDA Charges page.
5. After paying the prescribed fees, the Authority officer responsible for Licence shall renew the coffee export certificate within 7 days.

• Compliance with the coffee regulations and payment of the prescribed fees.
• Business-registration/registering-a-new-company
• Company profile indicating Memorandum and Articles of Association, shareholders and management set up
• Proof Letter from Uganda Registration Services Bureau.

Eligibility

Coffee exporter certificate Licence may be eligible for renewal if the holder apply for renewal at the expiry date within 21 days preceding the date of application for renewal.

Fees

Renewal fees: 500,000Ugshs.

Validity

Valid for specific period of time.
