Turks and Caicos Islands - Obtain National TCI Status Card
ProcedureEdit
- To obtain a National TCI Status Card, applicants will need to submit an application to the Immigration Office.
- You may use the link provided under 'Documents to Use' section to download the form.
- Submit the completed form and all the required documents to the Immigration officer.

- Applicant's Birth Certificate
- Applicant's Marriage Certificate
- Mother/Father's Birth Certificate
- Applicant's Adoption Certificate (if applicable)
- Applicant's Divorce Certificate (if applicable)
- Applicant's Belonger Certificate
- Applicant's Husband's/Wife's Birth Certificate
- Two certified passport sized photographs of applicant
- Applicant's Naturalisation/Registration Certificate
- Evidence of Residence in the islands (if applicable)
Note: Laminated documents will not be accepted for National Turks and Card Islander Status Card applications.

Collecting the Card
Applicants who are 18 years of age and over are expected to appear in person to receive their Card. If the applicant cannot appear in person and would like to have someone collect his/her Card, this person must have a typed and signed letter of consent from the applicant allowing him/her to collect the Card as well a valid picture ID for verification.
In case of persons under the age of 18, either parent of the child is reuired to appear in person to receive the child's Card.
