Procedure

1. To have your water connection with WASA (Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago) disconneected, you will need to complete and submit a formal request for disconnection. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can use to download the request form.
2. Submit the completed form together with your current Certificate of Assessment at any WASA Customer Service Centre and pay the disconnection fee.
