Trinidad and Tobago - Apply for New Water Connection
ProcedureEdit
- To apply for a new water connection with Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (WASA), you will need to complete and submit an application form. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can use to download the form.
- Visit your District Revenue Office for the Certification of Assessment of Premises (Part III of Form) & the District Medical Office for approval of drainage (Part IV of Form).
- Submit the completed form at any WASA Customer Service Centre and pay the non-refundable application fee.
- A feasibility study will be conducted. (Feasibility valid for one year upon approval.)
- It will take about 2 weeks up to a month for your application to be completed.

Payment can be made via cash, certified cheque, linx or credit card
Single Property(domestic or non-domestic)
Cost of the connection dependent on the location to the nearest main:
- Minimum: $687.50
- Maximum: $737.50 (VAT inclusive)
Single Property (within a development)
- Cost of connection: $187.50 (VAT inclusive)
