Procedure

1. You need to apply in person at a Land and Traffic Department.
2. Bring all the necessary documents.
3. Pay the required fees.

• Birth certificate
• Valid passport or True copy of Birth Registration
• Issued learner permit certificate - for a duration of 3 months
• 2 tests - theory and practical tests to complete within your 3 months learner and if you pass all exams you allow to have a full license
