Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To renew license as a Veterinary Technician (Veterinary Para-Professional), the applicant has to visit the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA) contact link
2. The applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
3. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant should make sure to attach all the needed documents along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
5. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
6. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the registration will be done within a stipulated period of time.
7. If there is no information regarding the registration is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of the application.
