Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain a Business Certificate of Incorporation, the applicant should visit the Business Registration and Licensing Agency contact link
  2. Applicant must get the application form from the respective officer at the office and they must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry all documents (both photocopies and originals) of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach both photocopies and originals of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
  6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
  7. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the certificate will be provided within a day from the office.
  8. The applicant can get the certificate after getting the notification from the office or the name of the person who applied for will be called by the officer once the Business Certificate is ready.
  9. The applicant can wait at the office and get their certificate.


Apply Online

  1. Application for business certificate of incorporation is available online in the following login link
  2. If applicant is a registered user, they can login directly by clicking on the “E-services for registered users” option.
  3. If applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create ORS Account”.
  4. For new registration, the applicant has to provide all information that are requested in the online registration form and then click on “Submit” for submitting the registration.
  5. Once after registering, the applicant can login using their “Username” and “Password”, and by clicking on the “Sign In” option.
  6. After entering the website, the applicant has to click on “Certificate of Incorporation” option for getting the application form.
  7. Applicant has to provide all information that is requested in the application form.
  8. Applicant should attach digital copies of all documents that are requested in the application form.
  9. The Fee for this procedure can be paid online via mobile e-payment or online banking.
  10. Finally, the applicant must click on “Submit” button for submitting the application form.
  11. The applicant will get the digital document within 20 minutes of applying or they can take one day.
  12. If applicant wishes to get a hard copy of the document, they can either download and print the document or get a hard copy by directly visiting the office.
