Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for obtaining Petroleum Business License is available in Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority contact link
2. Applicant must provide all information that is necessary in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of documents that are necessary for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting the form at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all the above-mentioned steps were followed properly, the applicant will be notified by concerned authorities regarding the availability of their license within 60 days.
8. Applicant can visit the office to collect their license after receiving the notification.
9. If the applicant is not notified within 60 days, they can visit the office to know status of their application.

1. Application form for obtaining Petroleum Business License (Wholesale) is available in the following login link
2. If applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “Username” and “Password” and then clicking on “Sign In”.
3. If the applicant is a new user, they must click on the “Register” option for new registration.
4. In the registration form, the applicant must provide all requested details like – First Name, Last Name, Username, TIN etc.
5. Finally, they have to check on the box before “I’m not robot” option and then click on “Register” for successfully completing their registration.
6. Once after the registration is successful, they can login using their “Username” and “Password”.
7. After logging in, applicant must choose on the “License for petroleum wholesale” option.
8. The application form will be opened online in which the applicant has to provide all requested information.
9. Applicant must make sure to upload digital copies of all documents that are necessary for completing the procedure.
10. Fee for this procedure has to be paid online.
11. After completing the filling up, applicant has to click on “Submit” for submitting all of their documents.
12. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 60 days.
13. Applicant can get their license by visiting the office after getting a notification or via post.
