Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Receiving and Addressing Complaints Against Public Leaders, the applicant has to visit the Utumishi, Tanzania contact link
2. Applicant should obtain the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. Applicant must carry photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.

5. Applicant must attach photocopies and originals (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
