ProcedureEdit

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate online, Applicant shall send a request on the Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) website. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  2. You have to submit an Application request on the FOAG website
  3. To submit an application request please click on the following link: Link
  4. On the given page, fill up your details and upload your documents. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
  5. Once you fill up your application, click on “Submit”
  6. Once the application request is processed and registered. The FOAG Department schedules an inspection.
  7. The Inspector inspects the shipment destined for export. Applicant has to pay the prescribed fees on completion of the inspection.
  8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
