Sweden - Obtain a Passenger Car and Light Truck Driver License (BE-Passenger)

1.) You need a valid driving permit to practice driving and make driving tests. When you apply for a provisional driving license checks Transport Agency if you meet the demands of society on everyone to take a driving license.

3.) Once you have the learner's permit that covers the jurisdiction where you can practice driving, you can now start taking driving lessons.

In order to practice driving private, you must have passed an introductory course at any time during the past five years and have an approved supervisor who oversees your driving. It is the supervisor who is responsible and is seen as a driver in the driving.

4.) Examinations

Theory Test

Through the knowledge test, you should show that you have the theoretical knowledge so that you can run with the review of the traffic. There is a particular thesis for each license eligibility.

The theory test consists of 55 questions. In addition, there are five test questions. The answers to the test questions are not included in the results. The test time is 40 minutes. You must correctly answer at least 44 of the 55 questions for the test to be approved.

Vehicle

The practical test will be carried out with a suitable car or light truck and turned heavy trailers. This combination will have a total mass of over 3500 kg. The same combination of vehicles shall be used throughout the test. You must provide the combination.

Vehicles used for the test should be reliable from a security and otherwise be suitable for traffic. Both car trailers must be registered in Sweden and not be subject to sanction. Requirements for car

Requirements to practice driving

In order to practice driving for permission to BE you

must be 18 years old

In order to practice driving with a passenger car or light truck with a heavy trailer, you must have a driving license for category B, or have had a driving license, which included permission BE.
