Apply Online:

  1. To Apply for Registration of Private Employment Agencies and Temporary Employment Services, the applicant must visit the State Information Technology Agency SOC Ltd (SITA SOC) website linked here. Online Link
  2. In the given link, if the applicant is a New User, then must register themselves by selecting the “Sign-Up/Register” option.
  3. On the upcoming pop-up pages, the applicant must enter the relevant information asked on the portal.
  4. After creating the account, the applicant must again go to the main webpage, and must login by using their “Email and Password” created during the registration process.
  5. After that the applicant must select the “Private Employment Agency” option.
  6. Now, the “Applications Profile Page” will open, the applicant must select the “Apply” option on either of the column.
  7. Now, the “Application Form” will open, and the applicant must read out and fill in all the necessary information on the application form page.
  8. The required documents mentioned on the “user information page” must be attached on the webpage.
  9. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  10. Also, at the “Application Type – Registration Aspect” section, if the applicant was previously registered as a PEA/TES but it has expired, then must select the “Register” option.
  11. After completing the application form details, a “Application Reference Number” will be generated. (This reference number must/can be used for application tracking purposes and query related services)
  12. Finally, the applicant must submit the application form by selecting the “Submit” option at the end of the webpage.
  13. After submitting the application, the “acknowledgement message receipt” will be available at the top of the page.
  14. The applicant can track the application status using the “Application Reference Number”.
  15. The online application will be forwarded to the Department of Labour members for verification and inspection. The final decision on approval or rejection is decided by the members of adjudication committee.
  16. If the application is approved, the message will be communicated electronically to the email address given on the application form.
  17. Then the applicant will be issued with the “Registration Certificate”.
  18. If registration is refused by the officials, then the applicant will receive a letter explaining why it was refused. Once the refusal reasons are rectified, the applicant can submit a new application.
  19. The non-refundable application fee details will be displayed at the time of submitting the application. The applicant must make online payment.
  20. The processing time to register for the Private Employment Agencies and Temporary Employment Services is 60 days from the date of submitting the application online.

  • The registration certificate is valid for 3 years.
  • The temporary certificate of registration is valid for 6 months.
  • The registration must be renewed at least 60 days before the date of expiration.
