Apply Online:

  1. To Apply for Registration for Construction Health and Safety Agent (PrCHSA), the applicant must go to the SACPCMP’s official registration website. Online Link
  2. In order to submit the registration application, the applicant must create the “CHS Profile” beforehand.
  3. On the given link the applicant must enter all the necessary details and should create the profile for oneself.
  4. After entering all the details, the applicant must select the “Submit” option to create the profile.
  5. Then the applicant must “Login” using the “Username and Password” created while making the profile. Login Link
  6. On the home page, the applicant must select the “Apply for Registration” option.
  7. Then, must select the “Category of Registration” as “Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent”.
  8. Then on the registration page, the applicant must enter all necessary details given on the page, which includes “Personal/Professional/Additional”.
  9. After entering the details, on the “My Bio” option, the applicant must upload the necessary documents required for the registration.
  10. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  11. After uploading the documents, the applicant must pay the prescribed fee for the registration on the “Invoice” option under the “My Bio” menu of the home page.
  12. After submitting all the documents, the registration application will be verified for completeness such as supporting documents, eligibility, qualification, and fees. If there are any deficiencies in the application, it will be notified to the applicant.
  13. Later, the application will be assessed by the officials at the SACPCMP department.
  14. Based on the assessment, the applicant will have to go through the Examination and Interview conducted by the SACPCMP department for the registration process.
  15. After successfully completing the examination and interview, the PrCHSA registration will be approved for the applicant.
  16. After the approval, the registration letter and registration number will be issued to the applicant.

EligibilityEdit

The applicant registering for the Construction Health and Safety Agent must have the any one of the following qualifications and relevant experience to apply:

  • National Diploma in Safety Management - 6 Years Post Qualification Experience in The Construction Industry.
  • B-Tech in Safety Management - 4 Years Post Qualification Experience in The Construction Industry.
  • B. Com Operational Risk Management - 4 Years Post Qualification Experience in The Construction Industry.
  • MSc in Construction Health and Safety Management - 3 Years Post Qualification Experience in The Construction Industry.

ValidityEdit

  • The Construction Health and Safety Agent registration is valid for one year. The registration must be renewed annually by paying the annual renewal fee between January 1st and 31st March of every year.
