Apply In-Person:

  1. To Obtain Sale Permit for Disinfectants and Detergent Disinfectants, the applicant must go to the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) office Contact Link
  2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities at the NRCS office.
  3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. The application form must be filled with all the necessary details, and along with the required documents it must be submitted to the officials at the NRCS office.
  5. After submitting, the application details will be inspected personally by the qualified NRCS official and will then be examined for technical details.
  6. If the details and the documents submitted by the applicant is valid and legitimate, the permit to sell the Disinfectants and Detergent Disinfectants will be approved by the NRCS official.
  7. Then the NRCS will issue the Registration Granted Certificate.
  8. If in case, the application is withdrawn or rejected, then the NRCS will issue Registration Rejected Certificate with the reasons stated, and the Withdrawn certificate respectively.
  9. The prescribed application fee must be paid while submitting the application, and the proof of payment must be attached along with the other documents.
  10. The fee details and the complete processing time to get the sale permit will be intimated after applying.
