Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for obtaining Certificate for Removal of Excisable Specified Goods Ex-Warehouse in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the applicant has to visit any nearest Customs office.

  3. Visit any nearest Customs Office branch and obtain a Certificate for Removal of Excisable Specified Goods Ex-Warehouse (DA 32) from the respective department. Or click here to download: Link
  4. Also ask the officials in the office for any attachments to be endorsed with the application form. Complete the form as required with relevant details under respective sections.
  5. After completing, attach all the documents required for the process with the completed form.
  6. Then, proceed to submit the package to the relevant authority at the branch office for further processes. Make the necessary payment as directed (if any).
  7. After all the processes have got completed, the concerned authorities will proceed to make the necessary actions for the certificate issue process.
  8. The applicant can obtain any information regarding the progress of his/her request, from the office where the application has been made.
