The required application forms must be filled with all the necessary details, and along with the supporting documents, it must be submitted to the compensation fund claiming department at the Labour office.
The application will be verified on various factors.
After complete verification if all the details and documents submitted are legitimate then the Pension claim will be approved by the Compensation Fund Department.
Later, the fund will be released to the applicants account, and it can be claimed.
The fee details will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

On the given link, the applicant must enter “Username” and “Password”, if they already have the access to the “Employer Registration” portal.
If the applicant is a new user, then must select the “External User Registration” option.
Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
On the next page, the applicant must enter all the necessary details asked on the webpage, and submit the supporting document on the given portal.
Then must select the “Submit for Approval” option to register.
After that, the applicant must go to the main page and login using the credentials submitted on the previous page.
Then, the applicant must fill in all the prompts asked on the upcoming pages on the web portal.
The required documents must be submitted in the prescribed format on the portal.
The application will be verified on various factors.
