Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for Enrolling in Aquaculture Development and Enhancement Programme in person, the person has to visit the office of Department of Trade, Industry and Corporation.
  2. The address and contact details of the DTIC can be found in the following link: Link Refer to the bottom of the page.
  3. Visit the office of DTIC and get the application form for Enrolling in Aquaculture Development and Enhancement Programme, from the relevant department. Or click here to download: Link
  4. Complete the form as required with relevant details. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
  5. After completing the application form, attach all the documents required for the process with the completed form.
  6. Then, proceed to submit the package to the Programme Manager at the office for further processes. Make the payment as necessary.
  7. After all the processes have got completed, the concerned authorities will proceed to make the arrangements for the incentive grant process.
  8. The applicant can obtain any information regarding the progress of his/her request, from the office where the application has been made.

  • The concerned entity or enterprise must be compliant with the tax clearance that is imposed on the respective entity.

Need for the DocumentEdit

The Aquaculture Development and Enhancement Programme (ADEP) is an incentive programme available to South African registered entities engaged in primary, secondary and ancillary aquaculture activities. This is for both marine and freshwater (fish hatcheries and fish farms) and production, processing and preserving of aquaculture fish.
