Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Market Access Permits (Soya Beans), the applicant must go to the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform, and Rural Development (DALRRD) office Contact Link
2. The application form must be obtained from the authorities at the DALRRD office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form must be filled with all the necessary details, and along with the required documents and the affidavit form it must be submitted to the officials at the DALRRD office.
5. Application can be submitted in all ways such as Postal delivery, Hand delivery, Telefax, and Email. The contact details and address are given in the “Office Location and Contacts” section of this page for reference.
6. If the details and the documents submitted by the applicant is valid and legitimate, then the Market Access permit will be approved by the DALRRD official.
7. Then the applicant will be issued with the permit certificate.
8. The fee details and the processing time to get the permit will be intimated after applying.

Fees

The prescribed fee details of the registration will be intimated to the applicant while applying.

Validity

The soybean market access permit is valid for 24 months.
