Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a Flight Engineer Skills Test Report in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the South African Civil Aviations Authority.

  3. Visit the office and obtain an application to apply for a Flight Engineer Skills Test Report as applicable to your need, from the relevant department.
  4. Also, ask for the checklist of documents to be attached with the application form. Now, complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections.
  5. Then, pay the applicable fees as directed to the relevant bank account. Find the information regarding payment in the office website or contact the office.
  6. After paying the fees, make scanned copies of the required documents and the completed application form.
  7. Then, proceed to submit it to the relevant authority at the office and the application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities for further verification processes.
  8. Once the verification and validation processes are over, the application will be approved and the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the report.
  9. When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will be sent an SMS from the office and the applicant can collect it by themselves or arrange a courier service for collection.
