Procedure

Apply online

1. To Replace the Student Pass to Long Term Visit Pass, the applicant has to visit Immigration and Check Point Authority website link
2. Click on the “Pass holder” tab and click “Apply/Renew Long Term Visit Pass tab” link
3. Click on the appropriate service and check the documents that are required to apply the long-term visit pass which is also mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Under” I WANT” Choose the services apply for long-term visit pass
5. You will be redirected to the next page, the applicant has to login either with singpass app or singpass id number or password.

   Note: If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password

6. On the next page read through the instruction carefully and fill the applicant form correctly, please verify that all the information is correct
7. After submission the applicant should pay the non-refundable of S$30 and download the receipt as a proof of payment.
8. The Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) processing time may take up to six weeks.
9. The applicant can check the application status via the following link

Note: Original documents or photocopies may be required during the processing period. The applicant and/or the sponsor may also be called up for an interview during this time. ICA will contact the applicant and/or the sponsor to request any additional documents or to arrange an interview, if required.

• The applicant's recent passport-sized, digital, colour photograph taken within the last three months.
