9. The processing time of the application takes up to 3-6 weeks.

1. To Rent an Adjoining Vacant Market (Slab) Stall, the applicant has to make the application in the National Environment Agency e-service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant needs to log in with their Singpass Id number and password.

   Note: If the applicant does not have an account they can register by clicking on register for singpass, and read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and conditions, and click on register now, and in the next page the applicanthas to enter their personal information and submit. Then they will be issued the Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to necessary information and submits the required document that is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
5. Review the application, click the declaration and submit the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $130 for each application.
7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant via email or SMS.
8. The processing time of the application takes up to 3 to 6 weeks.
