Apply In Person

  1. To Register with Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC), the applicant has approach the MINISTRY OF SOCIAL AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT (MSF) link
  2. Applicant has to get the application form from the respective office or download the form from by using the following link
  3. Applicant has to fill all the necessary details in the application form.
  4. Make sure that you have all the needed documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After completing the form, submit the form and necessary documents through the post, the post details are given in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  6. Once the verification process gets over, the scheme documents are given via post.
  7. Fee for this procedure has to paid as per the authority’s request.
  8. Upon receiving the completed EIPIC referral forms from the hospital or private paediatrician, SG Enable will contact you within 10 working days.

EligibilityEdit

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • EIC: Aged 0 to 6 years and assessed with developmental needs requiring low to high levels of EI support by a paediatrician.
  • ICCP: Aged 2 to 6 years and assessed with developmental needs requiring low to medium levels of EI support by a paediatrician.
  • InSP: 3 to 6 years and assessed with developmental needs requiring low to medium levels of EI support by a paediatrician.

  • Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
