Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Obtain Second-hand Goods Dealer Licence, the applicant has to completed the application form in Singapore Police Force e -service portal or tap the following application form
2. The applicant has to complete the application form by filling all the necessary details that are mentioned below,
   • Purpose of application
   • Particulars of applicant
   • Details of Business (For Business, Organisation and Society)
   • Mode of Business
   • Declaration
3. Make sure the applicant has the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. After completing click on the submit button. (Incomplete application form are not accepted)
5. The applicant will be notified via email or SMS.
6. The applicant has to directly go to licensing office to collect the license.
7. The applicant has to pay the license fee of $165 via credit or debit card.
8. After successful payment the authority will issue the hardcopy of the license.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Second-hand Goods Dealer licence, you must be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority as one of the following business stakeholders:

• Director of a Company
• Partner in a Partnerships, Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships
• Sole Proprietor in Sole Proprietorships

Fees

The license fee to obtain Second-hand Goods Dealer Licence is $165

Validity

• The license in valid for one year.
