- To Obtain Police Permit for Talks Procession and Assembly, the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal or tap the following Link
- The applicant has to login with either Singpass app or Singpass Id number and password.
- Note:If you don’t not have an account you can register by clicking on register for singpass, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.
- The applicant has to fill necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
- After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
- The applicant needs to pay the prescribed fee via credit or debit card.
- After the successful payment the applicant will receive an email, and the Singapore Police Force licensing department will post out the hardcopy of the permit in 14 days.
Note: No permit fee is required for Public assembly or procession for the purpose of a marriage, funeral, lantern festival, walk-a-jog, or marathon.

EligibilityEdit
- Any person or a group who intends to conduct a Talks Procession and Assembly are eligible to make this application.
FeesEdit
- No permit fee is required for Public assembly or procession for the purpose of a marriage, funeral, lantern festival, walk-a-jog, or marathon.
- Any other assembly or procession that requires a Police Permit fee of $50

Processing TimeEdit
- Processing time is about 14 days from the receipt of the application and the necessary supporting documents. Any incomplete or incorrect submission will be rejected.

InstructionsEdit
Unless exempted, a Police Permit is required under the Public Order Act 2009 for holding a public assembly, procession or talk. For conducting an illegal assembly or procession, the organiser is liable to:
- A fine not exceeding $5,000 for organising an assembly or procession without a Police Permit; and
- For repeat offenders, fine not exceeding $10,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both.For participating in an illegal assembly or procession, the participant is liable to:
- A fine not exceeding $3,000; and
- For repeat offenders, fine not exceeding $5,000

- Demonstrate support for or opposition to the views or actions of any person, group of persons or any government;
- Publicise a cause or campaign; or
- Mark or commemorate any event.
