Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Obtain Permit to Exhume Corpse, the applicant has to make the application in the National Environment Agency e-service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to log in with their Singpass ID number and password.

   Note: If the applicant does not have an account, they can register by clicking on register for singpass, and read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and conditions, and click on register now, and in the next page the applicant has to enter their personal information and submit. Then they will be issued the Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the exhumation fees of $14 (Closed Cemetery only)
7. After successful completion, the applicant is notified via email or SMS within 3 days.

• Exiting the form without submission will reset any application made.
• Any amendment will require the resubmission of the form.
