1. To Get Support For Mainstream Students With Special Needs, the applicant has to approach the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IN SINGAPORE link
2. Applicant has to get the form from the respective educational department.
3. Applicant has to fill all the necessary details in the application form.
4. Make sure that you have all the needed documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After completing the form, submit the completed application form along with the necessary documents to the respective authority.
6. Once the above process gets over, the authority will issue the granted permit to the applicant by visiting the health department office.
7. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.

• Workplace Literacy and Numeracy scores (for applications to Metta School and Delta Senior School for students aged 16 to 18 years old).
