  1. To Obtain Fumigator Permit or License, the applicant has to make the application in GoBusiness licensing portal link
  2. Enter a search “Fumigator Licence” then clicks on "Add to selection" click on "Review and Apply" and then click the "Proceed" button.
  3. The applicant can also make a search by clicking the “Government Agencies” and select “National Environment Agency” NEA and choose the appropriate service.
  4. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password
    Note:
    If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.
  5. The applicants have to necessary information and submit the required document that is mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. After submitting the documents review the application and click submit.
  7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $170.00 via credit or debit card.
  8. After successful payment the National environment agency will send out the fumigator license to the stated email within stipulated period of time.

  • First-Aider Certificate/ Notification of First-Aider course enrolment
  • Highest Educational Qualification
  • Front and back copies of NRIC/Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit/FIN
  • Acknowledgement Letter from Port Health Office
  • Passes GCE `O' level Certificate

Applicants can make payment for licences through the following channels:

  • Paypal via GoBusiness Licensing Portal. In PayPal, applicants can make payment via credit card and PayPal wallet
  • AXS kiosks, e-Stations and m-Stations; and
  • NETS and Cash Card

Need for the DocumentEdit

  • In Singapore, fumigation by means of Methyl Bromide, Hydrogen Phosphide and/or Hydrogen Cyanide, is carried out by fumigators licensed by National Environment Agency (NEA). Every fumigation work in Singapore requires a fumigation permit from NEA.
