Sikkim - Online Apply Permission for Petrol and Diesel License
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Permission for Petrol and Diesel License
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now you will be provided with the login page. If you are a registered user, then enter your Login id and Password and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then click “New User?” which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 4 : If you click “New User?” you will be taken to the registration page where you have to enter all the mandatory details and click “Save” tab.
- Step 5 : After successful registration, you will receive a pop-up message as shown in the below image. Please click “OK” tab to proceed further.
- Step 6 : Again you will be taken to the login page where you have to enter the valid credentials to make login into the portal. After successful login, you will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number as well as to the registered Email ID. Please enter the OTP in the text box and click “Verify” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now you will be provided with the home page where you have to select “New Application” section which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now an online application form will be displayed. Please enter all the necessary details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in Red in the below image.
- Step 9 : Once your details are saved successfully, you will receive a pop-up message that “Application Info is saved successfully”. Click “OK” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to proceed further.
- Step 10 : Now move to the next section “Capacity & Validity”. Please click on the image which is pointed out by an RED arrow in the below image.
- Step 11 : Then you will be taken to a screen where you have to select the “Class” and “Product”. Also you have to enter the details required to complete the process. Once you have completed the section, please click “Save” tab to save the details.
- Step 12 : Once your details are saved successfully, you will receive a pop-up message that “Capacity info is saved successfully”. Click “OK” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to proceed further.
- Step 13 : Now you can see the fee amount based on the capacity and product you have chosen. Please click “Submit” tab to proceed to the next section.
- Step 14 : Now move to the next section “Document & Drawing”. Please click on the image which is pointed out by an RED arrow in the below image.
- Step 15 : In the new screen you have to select the “Type” and “Description” about the documents and drawings. Also enter the Number and Date and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Once all the details are saved successfully, move to the “Payment Details” section. Select the “Online” option which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image. Also click the checkbox after reading the terms and conditions and click “Pay Now” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 17 : Now you will be taken to the payment page where you have to make the payment by choosing the appropriate payment option. Then click “Make Payment” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Once all the sections are complete, click “Print Online Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Download the application form and take a printout copy. Then submit your application form along with the required documents to the office address which is pointed out by an RED arrow in the below image.
