- To Apply for a Premises Licence, the applicant has to make the application online via the link
- The applicant has to click the "Apply online" button below the Apply for a Premises Licence.
- Now the applicant has to download the application form from the following link link
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Next the applicant has to click the "Submit Application" button ( this submit application button is located on the same page where the applicant downloaded the online application form).
- The applicant has to enter the details in the application form.
- The applicant has to upload the application form also all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to click the “Continue to pay fee” button.
- The applicant has to pay the requested fees online.
- Lastly, the applicant has to click the "submit application" button.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- If the application meets the requirements and there are no significant objections, the licensing board will grant the applicant a premises license.
- The license will specify the activities allowed, operating hours, and any conditions or restrictions.
- Once the applicant receives the license, he/she must comply with its terms and conditions. This includes adhering to the operating plan, maintaining necessary safety measures, and renewing the license as required (licenses are typically valid for a fixed period).
- This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
