Apply Online

1. To Apply for Drugs License, first the applicant must register as a customer on the controlled drugs licensing system link
2. The applicant must enter all their particulars and create and account.
3. After registration, the applicant has to login with username and password to start the application using the following link link
4. Next select the application and start filling the application with all necessary details.
5. Next upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review and submit the application.
7. The applicant will receive an email regarding successful submission of the application.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
10. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
11. The authority will conduct the onsite inspection regarding the application.
12. If the controlled drugs licence is approved, the applicant will receive an email with instructions for payment. The authority will not issue licence until the fee is paid.
13. After successful payment, the licence will be sent electronically by email.
14. This entire process can be completed within 4 – 6months or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
