Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Casino License, the applicant must make their application online via the following link link
  2. The applicant must click “Start” and enter user id and password to login.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant must click “Register” and enter credentials to create login id and password.
  4. After login the applicant must fill in all the necessary details in the application.
  5. The applicant must attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Review and submit the application.
  7. Next pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.

  11. Once the applicants meet all the required standards, the authority will issue the license.
  12. It takes about 16 weeks to process an operating licence application, provided all required information is provided at point of application.

To qualify for a licence, the applicant must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Hold a licensing qualification
  • The applicant must have a clean criminal record.
  • The applicant must have a suitable premises for operating a gambling premises.
  • The applicant must have a financial plan for operating a gambling premises.
