Need for the Document

This procedure provides you information about how to obtain a tax clearance certificate (TCC) or Attestation de Non Creance (ANC) in Rwanda from the Rwanda Revenue Authority. This certificate is issued by the RRA to the tax payer to certify that he or she ows no debt to the Authority.
