Rajasthan - Online Renew Agmark Certificate for your Product

Step 2 : To renew agmark certificate for your product, please use the following link : Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given page, please select “Certificate of Authorisation” option which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to reach “Applicant Login for Certificate of Authorisation” page.

Step 4 : Please enter “Company Id/Premises Id*”, Password and as per the given captcha image enter the "Verify" code which is pointed with an "YELLOW" arrow. Then, click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to login.

Step 5 : If you are a new user then click on “Sign Up” button which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below that would direct you to “New Applicant Registration” page.

Step 6 : A "New Applicant Registration" page will appear on the screen as shown in the image below.

Step 7 : In this “New Applicant Page” please complete the prompts as applicable and enter the "Verify" code which is pointed with "GREEN" arrow and then click on “Register” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below to register.

Step 8 : The window will display your Id details and instructions on successful registration as shown in the image below. Please follow the guidelines as directed.

Step 9 : The applicant will receive the acknowledgment and Login credentials through their "Registered Email Address". You need to login using these credentials.

Step 10 : Among the two emails, one is your “User Id” and another is the link to “Reset Password”. Open "DMI Agmark Set Password Link mail and click on the given link which is pointed with "RED" arrow in the image below.

Step 11 : You will be taken to "Reset Password" page. Here, you need to reset your password following instructions and enter “Verify” code which is pointed in "YELLOW" arrow. And then, click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 12 : Now, you would see a pop-up on your screen that you have successfully changed your password. Click on “Ok” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below that would lead you to “Login Page”.

Step 13 : In this page you need to enter you login credentials, "Verify" code which is pointed with "YELLOW" arrow and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 14 : Once login, applicants will land on the dashboard page.As and when the certificate will be due for renewal, a "Renewal" button will be available on the left part of the screen.

Step 15 : Please use the button to get the online application page for renewal.

Step 16 : Please enter/select mandatory details as per prompt.

Step 17 : Applicant should upload the required documents in PDF format at relevant fields and hit the applicable button to submit the application online.

Step 18 : Applicant shall pay the fees online as per the payment option available. Use the payment gateway as appropriate.

Step 19 : Applicant gets acknowledgement page. Please save it for future reference.

Step 20 : This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 21 : Competent authority will do the verification of the uploaded documents. This application will be processed internally.

Step 22 : As per department norms renewal process will be initiated. Applicants get SMS notification about the different stages of approval. Please follow department notification and authorities guidelines.

Step 23 : If the application for renewal is approved, applicant gets notification over his registered mobile number through SMS from the department. Please follow the notification to get the certificate.

Step 24 : If the certification division authority observes that all norms are not complied with by the applicant, the application will be rejected.

Note:

• The application for renewal can be made before three months of expiry date of the certificate.
  
• The field officers of DMI keep regular checks on the commodity graded and certified under AGMARK by drawing check samples from packers’ premises and market. These check samples are analysed in Regional AGMARK Laboratories and action deemed fit is taken if the graded commodity is found not conforming to the prescribed standards.
  
• It is advised to submit an additional set of copy of the documents and get a counter signed for your safety while applying with the government department.
  
• Visit the nearest AGMARK certified production centre and consult with them for any latest update requirements.
