Apply Online

1. To submit grievance for employees subject to the human resources law through online, visit the following link: online portal

2. Please enter your QID card number, date of birth and mobile number and click on applicable option.
3. Now complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on applicable option to submit the request.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

• Applicant who have document of grievance submitted to the complainant's employer can apply.

Instructions

• The Grievances & Complaints Committee decisions should be binding, and the concerned are to be notified of the issued decisions from the Committee within (10) days from the date of their issuance.
• The Committee does not accept grievances and complaints from the private sector employees, as it is the Labour Dispute Settlement Committee specialty.
