Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To request for the deletion of registration of a Qatari joint stock company, applicant has to visit the Companies Control department at the MOCI office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the companies control department in MOCI office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process,registration of a Qatari joint stock company will be deleted.
