Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for Re-demarcation of five plots or less, you should visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office in your region, please view the contact details and location maps of the municipalities through this link: Link
  2. Gather and prepare the required documents and write a letter requesting the re-demarcation of your land
  3. Submit the compete request to the Urban planning centre of the municipality of your region at the Customer Service Counter
  4. The customer service officer will verify your application and guide you to pay the application fee according to the number of plots you wish to re-demarcate
  5. Pay the recommend fee and obtain the payment receipt
  6. The application will forwarded to the urban planning authority, who will conduct a necessary survey on the mentioned land and demarcate it as you have required and prepare the property documents which will be issued to you

  • QR500 for re-demarcation of each land
  • No fees are required if the land is government endowment for first time.
