Apply In-Person:

  1. Elderly persons and person with disabilities shall approach General Directorate of Borders Passports and Expatriates Affairs department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

  3. Specialized employee in the service centers will ask the applicant for the requirement.
  4. According to the need, the employee will guide the person and allocate them in the appropriate place.
  5. After verifying, the employee will complete the transaction in the shortest possible period.
