Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain tent set-up or temporary structures permit, applicant has to visit the municipal control department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the technical control section in the municipal control department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the tent set-up or temporary structures permit on a specified date.
