Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain public customer certificate or not getting pension certificate, applicant has to visit the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) office.
  2. For General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) office contact click here: Contact link
  3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at GRSIA office.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the GRSIA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, public customer certificate or not getting pension certificate will be provided.



Apply Online

  1. To obtain public customer certificate or not getting pension certificate through online, visit the following link: Online portal
    • Note: Link is temporarily not working.
  2. If you already have an account, please login using your Hukoomi credentials.
  3. If you don’t have an Hukoomi account, click on “create new account” option.
  4. In the next page, if you have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Qatari citizens and residents” option. If you don’t have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Visitors and business representatives” option.
  5. Now complete the field with required information then select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Continue” button.
  6. In the next page, please enter the required personal information and then click on “Continue” button.
  7. In the next page, please enter the new password and click on “Continue” button.
  8. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain message to finish registration of your account and tap on the “login” option to login which is available on the right side of the page.
  9. Now you will receive an email with a verification link. Verify your email using that link. After verify your email successfully, now the username and password will be activated for new users.
  10. After successful log-in, now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Submit” button to send the application.
  11. Now authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  12. After verification process, public customer certificate or not getting pension certificate will be provided.
