Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain licenses for private school and private educational institutions, applicant has to visit the private schools licensing department at the Ministry of education and higher education (MOEHE) office.

  3. Applicant has to approach the authorities of Ministry of education and higher education and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the director of private schools licensing department in ministry of education and higher education office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the schools and educational institutions and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
  9. The applicant will be later requested to collect the private school and private Educational Institutions License on a specified date.

  1. To obtain licenses for private school and private educational institutions through online, visit the following link: Apply online
  2. If you already have an account, in the right side of the home page you click on “Login” button and please enter your user name and password then click on “login” button
  3. If you don’t have an account, in the right side of the home page you click on “Register” option and enter the appropriate details then click on “Create a user” button.
  4. You receive an SMS with an verification code to your Email ID.
  5. In the next page please enter verification code then click on “Continue” button.
  6. After successful Login, choose the appropriate option to register in private school and private educational institutions and fill out the application form then click on applicable button.
  7. In the next page attach the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on applicable option.
  8. You will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information and application confirmation.
  9. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  10. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the schools and educational institutions and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
  11. The applicant will be later requested to collect the private school and private Educational Institutions License on a specified date.

EligibilityEdit

  • Applicant must hold a commercial license and he should not be convicted under any criminal cases.
  • Applicant should complete the age of 21.
  • Licensee or Any Board Member of a Company or partner applying for a license must not be an employee of MOEHE, affiliate entities nor have any direct interests with the MOEHE throughout the licensing period.
