Procedure

Appy In-Person

1. To apply for this license, you should visit the Ministry of Commination and Transport (MOCT) office, you can view that contact details and location map of the MOCT offices through this link: : Link
2. Prepare all the vessel’s certificates issued by a recognized organization and the insurance documents of the vessel
3. Download the license application form from this link: Link
4. Fill the application form correctly and attach all the required documents to it
5. Go to the Ministry of Commination and Transport (MOCT) office to submit the complete application at the Planning and Maritime Transport Licenses Department service desk
6. The official at the registration desk will verify your application and direct you to pay the application fee
7. Pay the application fee and obtain the payment receipt
8. Then the vessels data will be entered into the ministries system
9. Upon entry of the data the license will processed and issued to you
