Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for Joint Tourist Visa, you should visit the Qatar Embassy to submit your application, you can view the location map and contact details of Qatar embassies through this link: Link
2. Prepare the required document for the joint tourist visa application mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below and confirm with the Qatar consulate/embassy in your region if you need to book an appoint for submitting your application through the contacts provided below in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section: Qatar Embassies Address
3. Visit the embassy and obtain the visa application form from the reception of the embassy and fill it as required
4. Attach all the required documents to application form and submit it to the consulate assisting officer for verification
5. The official will go through your visa application and if it is correct you will be advised to pay the application fee according to the embassy protocol i.e. in cash or to the bank or by credit card
6. Once you have paid, the consulate official will enter your information in the automated system for the visa processing
7. Upon completion of the process, the visa will be attached in your passport and issued to you

• A valid passport not less than six months
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Three months bank statement showing a minimum balance of 1400 USD. Financially capable applicants known by the embassy, are exempted from this condition.
