Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain certify copies of beneficial interest certificates, applicant has to visit the Doha Municipality at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the real estate registration office for non-Qataris in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, certify copies of beneficial interest certificates will be issued.

• Copy of Qatar ID cards of both landlord and beneficiary.
• Copy of original title deed.
• Stamped copy of title deed (no objection on disbursement) from the Ministry of Justice and letter from financer (in case of mortgage).

• A fee estimated at 1% from property's value applies.
