Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To modify or update maritime and air manifesto, applicant has to visit the General Authority of Customs office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at General Authority of Customs office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the General Authority of Customs office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, maritime and air manifesto will be updated or modified.

Apply Online

1. To modify or update maritime and air manifesto through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. After visiting website, click on “sign in” option which is available on right side.
3. If you have a Smartcard, please click on “Log in with a smart card” button to login using your smartcard.
4. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please enter your private number and password then click on “Continue” button.
5. If you don’t have an Tawtheeq account, click on “Create a new account” option.
6. In the next page, if you have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Qatari citizens and residents” option. If you don’t have valid Qatar ID card please choose “Visitors and business representatives” option.
7. Now complete the field with required information then select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox and click on the “Continue” button.
8. In the next page, please enter the required personal information and then click on “Continue” button.
9. In the next page, please enter the new password and click on “Continue” button.
10. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain message to finish registration of your account and tap on the “login” option to login which is available on the right side of the page.
11. Now you will receive an email with a verification link. Verify your email using that link. After verify your email successfully, now the username and password will be activated for new users.
12. After successful login, please select "’Modify Goods Manifesto" option from the list on the right side.
13. In the next page, enter the required information in "Create Modification Application" page and select the type of the goods manifesto and click on “Search” button.
14. In the "Search Results" page, select the "goods manifesto no." from the result.
15. In the "Create Modification Application" page, now complete the form with necessary information then click on “Submit” button.
16. In the next page, click "Yes" button to confirm submitting the modification application then click "OK" button to show that the application is successfully submitted.
17. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
18. After verification process, maritime and air manifesto will be updated or modified.
