Apply In-Person

  1. To book DECC spaces and services, applicant has to visit the sales department at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) office.

  3. Applicant has to visit the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the sales department in the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center(DECC) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, the applicant will be booked DECC spaces and services.

  • Doha Exhibition & Convention Center provides companies and event organizers with the possibility to book venues for their different uses.
  • Individuals also may book spaces for weddings.
  • Companies may conduct for training, business meeting, seminars and workshops in DECC.
  • Advance booking is preferable to get more chances to the desired space on required date.
  • DECC is surrounded by luxury shopping malls, 5 star hotels and just a few minutes from Katara.
